Carmella teachers her new nurses as well as challenges us.
I have worked with Mrs. Carmella for some time now. She teachers her new nurses as well as challenges us. Carmella is so talented she can smell a patient going bad. When we have an RRT she allows us to work them- never makes us feel bad when asking a question- even if it is silly. I have learned so much from her. We recently had a patient come up asymptomatic but when she looked at them she had them tested for Covid and they came back positive. She always errs on the side of safety. Thank you, Carmella!
