Carmen is an exceptional nurse and leader. She cares so much about her patients and makes every effort for them to achieve the highest level of care. She looks at all aspects of the patient's care. She is loved by staff, patients and families. She has a beautiful smile and a gracious heart. I would want Carmen to be my nurse if I needed one. Carmen is retiring, and I feel that she deserves to be recognized. Throughout her career, she has gone above and beyond for her patients. Thank you, Carmen, for all that you have done.
