Carmen Bartley, well what can I say, she made my husband feel at ease. Always trying everything in her power for whatever he wanted or needed. Carmen not only took great, superb care of my husband, but she made sure I was comfortable. My husband has been in this situation many times and this is by far the best stay all because Carmen made sure that her relief knew every part of his care. She made sure I had equal care as well. We need more nurses like Carmen, who not only worry about the patient, which she made clear was her priority, she showed all my husband's visitors the Beaumont courtesy. One thing that I truly appreciate is that every morning we were here, Carmen always made sure I had a cup of coffee. She didn't need to do that! A great big thank you to Carmen from my family to you. We will cherish your kindness.
