Carmen is absolutely the best nurse I have ever worked with.  Together, Carmen and I have successfully built the new pediatric hematology program at BSA Harrington Cancer Center.  From day one, Carmen has dedicated her time to ensuring that all of our patients and families experience the quality care that BSA is known for in the Amarillo Community and outlying areas.  Her passion for our patient population is unmatched.  Carmen’s compassion for our patients goes above and beyond the expected, and because of her compassion, our patients and families adore her and know they are blessed to have her in their lives.  Without her, I could not be successful in building this program.  Like our patients and their families, I am blessed to be able to work with her.  Carmen is the epitome of the BSA Mission statement as she provides the highest quality care in Christian love, service, and dignity.
