Carmen provided fantastic quality care. J's face was clean and he had no dried eye drainage. His mouth was super clean and free of "crusties", a much-welcome oral moisturizer had been applied. He was alert. Although he was a little cold, she quickly got a Bair Hugger going. Our family was kept informed of his status. She obtained a PT/OT eval order which was enacted the same day. Nobody really wants to be sick and need total nursing care. To receive outstanding nursing care makes my brother's experience more manageable, and we thank Carmen and her team from the bottom of our hearts.
