I would like to say thanks for the excellent care in all aspects. To start with, the level of knowledge Carmen had, how she did all, since the insertion of the cannula in my vein, all vaginal examinations, and all monitoring processes. You can perceive that she knew what she was doing and with excellent knowledge, which for me is the most important thing. You can see that she has had excellent training.

I was so stressed about all of the processes and worried, as this was my first child. She calmed me greatly, explained to me each step every time and made me feel very relaxed. This made my experience much better in the most important time of the pregnancy, which is the delivery.
