In general, Carmen was fantastic! She was attentive, kind, and caring and went above and beyond to make our grandpa feel comfortable! She was always nearby and patient to answer any of our questions or provide help. Not only was she attentive to my grandpa, but she was also sure to ask him what he needed. She even microwaved him some ice cream, so it was the perfect temperature to eat! She is a truly fantastic nurse with a fantastic bedside manner that was such an important part of my grandpa’s recovery.
