Carmen is a highly dedicated RN to her patients and peers. She is an amazing resource for the staff and has a passion to teach. She is always willing to go the extra mile and spends extra time with her patients to make sure they understand the plan of the day, medications, diagnoses, etc. We are lucky to have such a wonderful caring nurse on our floor.
