Carmen demonstrates compassion and excellence in her daily practice. She has excellent critical thinking skills and in regard to her patients she aggressively addresses clinical issues and problems. She is a clinical role model for her colleagues in ICU, as well as knowledgeable and supportive of her coworkers.
