My delivery nurse provided exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism during my first labor and delivery. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel truly heard, validated, and supported, which made an immense difference during such a vulnerable time.

I went into labor on my birthday, and she went above and beyond to make the day special by decorating my room with birthday signs, singing happy birthday, and surprising me with a cupcake — a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to me.

Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly attentive, patient, and reassuring, even taking the time to hold my hand during difficult moments, which brought me great comfort and calm. Her clinical skills were outstanding, including her excellent technique with IV placement, which helped ease my anxiety. My husband was also at ease. The moment I gave birth, I trusted her as she took my son to clean him up and do whatever she needed to do. My son was in great hands.
