Carmen Perez is a loyal employee. Not only does she love what she does, she is a role model, wonderful mentor, and team player. She is an important part of the PHRU team. She helps patients and co-workers without having to be asked, is an excellent preceptor to new staff, and is a good resource person. An awesome nurse, she was my preceptor when I started here. She is caring and a great team player.
