Carmen exudes professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. As a nurse myself, Carmen was well above my expectations. She made sure I was comfortable at all times during her shift and was extremely pleasant and caring. I've never felt as "at home" in a hospital as I did when Carmen was here. Thank you so much!

Carmen went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. She returned every time she said she would and followed up on everything I asked. As a Nursing Adjunct Instructor myself I am proud to say that she practices nursing and implements all standards of care as flawlessly. She always has a smile and a very calm demeanor.
