Carmen has a great attitude, which is half of what it takes to be a successful nurse. Carmen is a nurse that helps fellow co-workers at all times. She is compassionate and caring for patients as well as families. She always looks for ways to improve herself and is willing to learn. As a new nurse, I look up to Carmen and hope she receives The DAISY Award, she deserves it.
