Carmen is very kind and affectionate with a pleasing personality. I found her dutiful, attentive and proactive and responsive. During my stay of more than a week, she served me and I found her responsive without loss of time. She supplied me with timely services, provided me with required medications and services in a professional manner. She helped me in all manners even sometimes when I could not move. She is sympathetic and a humanitarian. I personally feel that this is the spirit that makes an individual different from others. I found her very quick and responsive towards my needs. In addition to nursing qualities, she is very enthusiastic in developing a relationship with my large 12 member family. She was liked by all. I am thankful for Carmen and the Management of Memorial Hermann for the excellent staff.
