Carmen used extraordinary care to keep us informed as to the diagnosis of my wife and was very comforting with her compassion of understanding her pain. Carmen was very relieving with her attending in the ER. She made us feel comfortable here in the ER and we didn't feel like strangers. She is a good listener and she communicated very well with us.
