Carmen went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I must've called her 100 times in the two nights I spent there. She always came in with a smile and she stood by my sided and rubbed my back and applied cold compresses to my head as I vomited. I couldn't hold my bladder while I was vomiting, and she told me it was okay even though I was so embarrassed. She helped me get cleaned up and always with a smile. She was literally at my beck and call. She restored my faith in humanity. She is truly an angel on earth. Carmen is an exceptional nurse.
