Carmin Ayala started with us about a year ago. She is quiet, but always smiling. She is very helpful and just always has a positive outlook whenever she is working. She is always calm and relaxed even though she is busy or has difficult and challenging patients. She keeps the room happy. She never loses passion and energy in helping her patients and colleagues. She works well with everyone. We are very lucky to have her on our team and it's my privilege to work with her. Carmin always shows her dedication and passion; she always puts her heart into her work and reflects the true meaning of nursing care.

Every morning she held my hand smiling as she asked how I was feeling, and told me everything was going to be ok! And if I needed anything she would be right there. She prayed for my recovery. Her smile and love demonstrated through her work took away all of my fears.
