Carol is always available and works hard to ensure all faculty have what they need. In addition, she positively contributes to meetings and other outreach. Carol Allen provides compassionate care with each interaction, question, and comment when faculty have had the privilege of communicating with her. Whether by email, instant messaging, or phone chat, she makes time to respond. Her knowledge and experience are appreciated, while at the same time, she doesn’t make an individual feel foolish when asking a question.
