My daughter had come to the ER late Saturday. We were admitted early Sunday morning. I was very exhausted and tired. Carol came in and tended to my daughter, allowed me to go home to situate things. She was very assuring to the needs of my daughter, very authoritative, and very attentive. She is also very thorough with the overall care of my daughter. She was thoughtful of me, helped to make me comfortable, pulled out my bed, set up things for me. The whole time being very professional with a lot of aloha.
