Carol is a very compassionate, caring nurse. From a clinical perspective--I value her for always being able to give up to date information about my patient's nutrition status, as she assists patients with meals. She gives information about patients who need my attention/assistance, and this is big for providing great patient care. She is a team-player; she assists coworkers on unit and staff members from all health disciplines. She is compassionate with her patient's and meets their needs, along with family needs. She is a great nurse. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication.
