After having a prolonged delivery and having my baby sent to NICU, I was physically and emotionally drained. Carol took the time to explain everything to me plus help me in my most vulnerable state. As a physician, it was hard to have someone help me in the healthcare field, but Carol's compassion and personality stood out from other nurses I have interacted with. She also understood the emotional distress of having a new baby in the NICU and really worked around me to help me see the baby. She is an amazing nurse.
