Carol helped me through the time that my late spouse was hospitalized in 2014. She would sit with me and help me through the day. I had an injury that needed medical attention in 2020, going through the ER doors brought back the memory of those days. Carol talked to me and was her usual self. My experience was great and very less painful. I would like to thank her for her dedication to support me through this time.
