Carol provides loving, comforting care to both her patients and their family members. She is very attentive to their needs and keeps them informed throughout their stay. Carol received several nominations for the compassionate care she routinely delivers and her happy, positive attitude.
Some of her nominators commented, "Carol was not only caring, compassionate and attentive to my husband but she was also that way to me. Carol went out of her way to be sure both he and I were comfortable, up to date and aware of tests, medications, what was happening and what was going to happen."
"I am an RN myself so I can be critical but Carol went out of her way to answer all my questions, even stopped what she was doing to get my husband a different chair for comfort reasons. She called the doctor on the phone so I could speak with him. She was kind and compassionate as well as gentle."
