Carol has the kindest, sweetest, most receptively caring disposition. Out of the many caretakers helping me through this difficult time, Carol never once emanated any feelings of frustration or fatigue. She always had an unwavering, caring presence even during the most unflattering vulnerable times of my hospitalization. She never once hesitated to assist me with whatever need I had (or how many) during her shift. She quickly responded to every call, more consistently than any nurse or assistant, with the greatest speed. She went above and beyond with not only assisting me with my many needs and anxieties but had amazing suggestions to improve my requests beyond what I could foresee or initiate.

When assisting me during the most embarrassing moment of my recovery, she didn’t blink or flinch. I apologized for needing help in such a way to which she responded, “This is what we do, I’ve been doing this for 40 years.” I could just tell in that instance; she does this out of genuine love and care for the people she assists in this profession. Some train, some educate, and some are lucky…but Carol was meant to be a nurse, without any doubt. She is aligned with what’s most fitting in her life and the lives of what I can only imagine being a great many souls touched by her service. Thank you for caring for me Carol! It’s even written right in your name!
