Carol went above and beyond in preparing and demonstrating how to properly burp and latch the baby to the nipple. Carol was able to provide us with multiple ways to properly feed our child. Carol introduced us to the nipple shield and the S&S kit, both of which we have never heard of before. Furthermore, she explained all the newborn testing procedures in a simple and understandable fashion. Carol's clinical expertise increased our comfort and happiness while at SARH. In addition, the kindness, compassion, and respect Carol showed us created a positive impact on our stay that we will surely remember forever.
