Carol was a superb nurse. She took the time to listen to her patient and did anything and everything to meet M's needs. She was always so calm and relaxed even when the situation was chaotic. I appreciated that Carol took the time to develop a special connection with M. She was focused yet fun and easy to get along with. Carol was a big reason for why M clinically improved.
