When I was rushed to surgery, Carol stayed by my side the entire time reassuring me and maintaining a calm yet in-charge presence that made me feel peaceful. Carol remained with me in the OR the entire time and elected to stay after her shift to be there for me at a time I really needed a familiar and loving face.”
