My Mom had to have a CT ultrasound and she was very anxious about the whole thing until the moment Carol walked into her room! Carol immediately started knocking her fears out of the ballpark and by the time they took my Mom for her procedure she was completely calm and ready to get it done! The compassion she showed my mother and me was exactly what you pray for when a loved one is in a situation unknown. After my Mom’s procedure, Carol came to find us to make sure everything was okay, she really goes above and beyond for her patients! I’m so glad you have this award for your amazing nursing staff!
