During my week at Mercy Hospital as a patient I was extremely fortunate to have Carol as my nurse. Not only was she always cheerful, she made me feel like I was her only patient, despite being busy. She did an excellent job explaining everything that she did and why. She always answered my call button immediately. Plus, she was very proactive in looking out for my comfort. She made a very difficult time for me not so scary after all. Thank you Mercy for having such a fine nurse on your staff.
