Carol Gable, RN

Carol is humble. In response to being given kudos, she says “I am just doing my job.” She always does what she needs to for the safety and wellbeing of her patients and peers. She gives her all in everything she does. I feel confident when Carol is working. She has a quiet confidence and grace within her. It is empowering to see a nurse save her patients’ lives by sticking to her knowledge, clinical skills, and critical thinking. Carol treats all patients as she would want her family to be treated. She takes the time to do extra things for her patients and their families to ensure they are comfortable and feel supported. She is often assigned the sickest and toughest of patients because everyone knows they are in good hands with her.
