“Carol does her job so well with her trained skill. She was so caring for my husband and for us as a family. She so deserves an award!!! Oh, also, Carol would get down on her knees when she talked to my husband when he was in his chair. How special is that?!”

Carol was selected as the August DAISY Award winner because of the above nomination placed by one of her patients’ wife. She has been a nurse since 1999 and has worked in the Kidney Dialysis Unit for 2 ½ years. Carol always has a smile on her face and likes to give extra attention to all of her patients.
