Carol Herklotz, RN

Carol is one of the kindest ladies I've met. I'm currently here with a viral respiratory infection, sepsis, and a kidney infection. Everyday I've been here she's been my nurse, she's been kind, compassionate, caring and helpful. This isn't just to me but to her coworkers and her patients. Not just because it's part of the job but because it's part of who she is. Carol is knowledgeable and wise. It's hard not to hear some conversations that happen in these close areas. I have heard her provide support to patients and their families and give words of wisdom to a student nurse just starting out. She answers your questions and listens to you. She seems to love her job and her coworkers, and they seem to feel the same towards her. Carol treats you more than just a patient. You still feel like a human being with your dignity. You can tell she's a mom without knowing she's a mom. Carol has that essence that makes you feel safe and cared for. I hope she's here for many years to come to provide exceptional care and unrelenting dedication to future patients.
