I needed assistance with a patient's care. It was out of my scope of practice. Carol saw my need, offered her assistance and proceeded to do so with kindness and compassion. We worked as a team and got everything done forthe patient. This showed teamwork and stewardship to the staff and patient. She also made sure that the patient was comfortable and receiving quality care. She went beyond her call of duty to help me and showed me excellence in patient satisfaction while treating us both with respect and integrity.
