Carol J Neil, PhD, RN

Dr. Neil is a nurse educator and leader. She has worked in every area of nursing except Pediatrics and maternal health. Through her many leadership roles, she has been able to impact nursing students, professional nurses, and other leaders by creating an atmosphere for providing compassionate care for patients and their families. As the Chapter President of First Coast Black Nurses Association in Jacksonville, Florida, she led numerous educational, mentoring, and community events. As a Nurse Leader, she has positively impacted the environments in which compassionate and competent care is delivered to patients and their families.
