Carol is a fantastic leader, mentor and nurse. She has shown loyalty to her job & peers. She truly cares as much for the staff as the patients. There is not a shift that goes by that Carol does not help the families, staff & patients; bathing the patient, feeding the patient, giving medications, helping in critical situations & offering help of any kind. Carol is a great mentor to the new nurses. She has a calm & friendly demeanor.
