Carol was very kind and treated us like we were real people. We looked forward every night to seeing her. We felt we could ask her any question regarding my health and we didn’t feel like a bother to her. We waited until she came in to ask about our concerns. She was like seeing an old friend every night.
This morning she came in to change my IV and brought us 2 cups of coffee; I have never had a nurse do that before. Please let her know how much we appreciate everything she did for us.
