After time spent in NICU, we were transferred to a less progressive unit and that's where we met this nurse. Carol was experienced and had the passion and energy of someone who was working their first day on a job that they loved. She was thorough, professional and had a smile that calmed my soul. There are nurses who practice the "Art of Nursing" in their profession and that makes a huge difference in patient care. Carol is one of those nurses.
