My husband has been in AdventHealth Kissimmee since the beginning of May. He has been in many rooms because of coronavirus and been in ICU twice. He has had many wonderful caregivers treating him professionally and compassionately. Carol is exceptional in that she treats him as a whole person in that every time she approaches his bed, she explains what she is doing and why. Carol is the first caregiver to explain in detail his daily plan. She printed out info for me on CHF. Carol listened to me as I cried and explained how he had been so healthy and a man of amazing strength just a few months ago. Carol went the extra mile to connect with me and I am so appreciative. All of his caregivers have been amazing. Carol is Exceptional!
