Carol Parker has been a blessing to CVICU. She has devoted over 26 years to Winter Haven Hospital. During this time, she has touched the lives of many. She is passionate about nursing and is the most giving and selfless person I've met. Her patients always comment on the care that she provides and always request to have her again. During her shift, Carol can be seen teaching both her patients and fellow nurses, titrating drips, giving the best baths in CVICU, ensuring supply needs are met, and running the ship. She's the total package!
Carol does whatever it takes to ensure her patients are safe and have the best possible experience. She is known to pick up extra shifts, come early, and stay late when needed. This unit is her family and she has been dedicated to contributing to its success and growth since our program started. Carol Parker is a true DAISY Nurse.
