I went to ER with severe back and shoulder pain. The fact of being in such pain and the need to rule out my heart was very unsettling. Carol's demeanor and professionalism was very calming. ER was packed yet I always felt she was on top of my situation as well. She would periodically pop in to give me updates and check on me which I greatly greatly appreciated.
