Carol is always very attentive to her patients and clinical data. She has dedicated her whole life and career to this unit and hospital. She works on boosting moral by planning the N2 Christmas party. There has been multiple times, with multiple patients that Carol has gone out of her way to get my attention due to small changes in patient's status that has resulted in timely intervention and prevented harm.
