Carol Trailor, is a great nurse. She cares about patients, remembers each one of them, is helpful and positive and it reduces patient stress to see the same nurse when possible. I feel like I am in capable and good hands. She is a great example of a caring person and has knowledge and empathy yet she is fast and efficient. I look forward to seeing her smiling face as I am near the end of chemo. She is outstanding in her field and should be recognized.
