A big THANK YOU goes to Carole for being exceptional at her job. She was very personable and courteous while being professional. She helped me with my arrival and made me feel at home while I was away from home. She assisted me with my entire stay and made sure I was taken care of. She kept me informed of how long it would be before I was taken in for my exam. She assisted with bringing me in and while talking with me I felt very comfortable and calm. She made my wife feel very relaxed and this was appreciated by me as my wife is very emotional about me and my procedures and surgeries.
