Over the last 2 months in particular, the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery witnessed the exemplary professional midwifery practice that Carole undertakes day after day, shift after shift. Her commitment to her mothers and their families during the loss of their baby is breathtaking. Nothing is too much for her. Her holistic, exceptional midwifery care is delivered in a gentle, beautiful way. She comes in day or night; her commitment is inaudible, and she always has a smile for everyone.
