Carolina Giannoulis, RN

Last Monday I had the privilege to spend 4 hours from 7 am to 11 am in the ED. Was I impressed! All of the team members worked together in harmony. I must single out Carolina Giannoulis. She is a dynamo! Carolina was patient, kind, fearless, responsible, and knowledgeable and her sense of humor pulled it all together. She exemplifies the 5Cs at HMH: Connected, Compassion, Creative, Courageous, and Collaborative. I would like to nominate this nurse for the DAISY Award and I think it is most fitting because next week is Nurses Week. I need and want to commend Carolina for being such a caring person. Blessings to all of our nurses. They are the backbone of our organization. Thank you for your service to the community!
