My husband visited the ER after learning from his physician that he needed to go there ASAP. We both were anticipating the same type of care we have received in the past which wasn’t that great. Caroline is the epitome of what every single nurse should be. Not only was she a bright light as soon as she introduced herself, but she also showed so much compassion for my husband and continually made sure to give quality care and step-by-step instructions on what was going on. Sometimes ER nurses are so overwhelmed by the number of patients they take care of in a day, and it’s relayed through their care. Not Caroline, she never kept us waiting or made my husband feel as though he was a bother to her, no matter how busy she got. Not only did she take exceptional care of my husband, but she took the time to ask me (his wife) if I needed anything. I cannot think of another time in my life where I witnessed better care than what Caroline did for my husband today.
