My son V is 19 months and was admitted to the floor for an abscessed lymph node in his neck. We have been to 2 different hospitals and worked with many nurses in the last 1-2 days. Since the beginning of all that, Caroline has stood out as being the most exemplary nurse by far. She is kind to V and us, his parents. She is patient and takes the time to explain everything, even answer the same questions over and over. Especially when I am tired and have forgotten the answers. My child is better off, and I am at ease when I see her come on shift. Even when she is not assigned to us. She deserves recognition for her hard work and professional attitude.
