Many times, through the day, Caroline was in my mother's room checking on us and answering questions. On day 3 my mother went into some respiratory distress and I had a little breakdown. Caroline comforted me while caring for my mother. Caroline secured what was needed to treat my mother's distress and went above and beyond her normal duties to keep calm and care for both of us.
