My son had Caroline Feinberg as his nurse on a surgery day. After he went down to surgery, I was upset because I realized I forgot to bless him with holy water, as is a ritual we do before all his procedures (it's a bottle of the hospital sterile water the priest blessed for us). She said, "I totally understand, I come from an Irish Catholic family. I put some on his crib that he comes back up in." This act of kindness and understanding made us feel better the whole day. Apart from that, she is a very skilled nurse and made sure everything ran smoothly on the way to the OR and back.
