Caroline exemplifies all that The DAISY Award stands for. She is always helpful, an excellent clinician and the nurse the patients love and request. We often have to explain that Caroline can't be everywhere at once, even when patients request her.
Caroline is always the first to volunteer for PRN visits and even at the end of the day, always maintains a cheerful disposition.
Most recently Caroline was the first to volunteer for the COVID-19 SWAT Team. She works fearlessly and compassionately with those affected by COVID-19. Caroline is such a valuable asset to the team.
